Renee & Scarlet are Madison based photographers with a combined total of over 30 years of experience. Together they have teamed up to make a dream team ready to capture your special day. Kismet Studios can help you with engagement shoots, wedding photography, wedding videography, and invitation design. We would be honored to work with you to tell the story of your fated love.

Scarlet (they/them) began capturing photos in 2012 when they ran a Zombie Modeling company. They have 13 years of experience including beauty, nature, portrait, product, and boudoir photography. They have spent just as much time in front of the camera as behind it, giving them insight in how to direct and pose clients to capture the most stunning images possible.

Renee (she/her) Renee has been interested in photography since age 3 when she spent afternoons with her dad at Como Photo while he went back to school to become a teacher. She began taking portraits in high school, and has since photographed senior portraits, engagement photos, weddings, and more for over 50 clients.

Renee also holds a degree in graphic design and loves creating printed materials, especially wedding invitations.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending time with her partner and cats.
